Aplikacja FuElse prosi o dostęp do następujących funkcji urządzenia w celu prawidłowego działania:
- Lokalizacja (LOCATION): Wykorzystywana wyłącznie do wyświetlania stacji paliw w Twojej bezpośredniej okolicy na mapie oraz poprawnego przypisania skanowanych cen pylonowych do wybranej stacji.
- Aparat (CAMERA): Wykorzystywany do robienia zdjęć pylonów stacji w celu automatycznego odczytu cen paliw (funkcja OCR). Zdjęcia są przetwarzane bezpośrednio na urządzeniu oraz wysyłane na serwer wyłącznie w celu ekstrakcji danych i walidacji zgłoszenia.
- Rozliczenia (BILLING): Wykorzystywane do realizacji opcjonalnych zakupów subskrypcji Premium lub jednorazowych darowizn obsługiwanych przez systemy Google Play Billing i Apple In-App Purchase.
2. Udostępnianie i Przechowywanie Danych
Wszystkie dane o cenach paliw zgłaszane przez użytkowników są przetwarzane w formie zanonimizowanej i służą dobru całej społeczności kierowców. Nie sprzedajemy, nie wynajmujemy ani nie udostępniamy Twoich danych osobowych ani szczegółowych danych lokalizacyjnych podmiotom zewnętrznym w celach marketingowych.
Dane są przechowywane na bezpiecznych serwerach platformy Google Firebase z zachowaniem najwyższych standardów bezpieczeństwa.
3. Pliki Cookies i Analizy
Nasza strona internetowa oraz serwery mogą zbierać podstawowe, anonimowe dane techniczne dotyczące wizyt (np. typ przeglądarki, system operacyjny) wyłącznie w celach analitycznych oraz poprawnego utrzymania wydajności infrastruktury.

1. Collected Data and Required Permissions
The FuElse application requests access to the following device features for proper operation:
- Location (LOCATION): Used exclusively to display gas stations in your immediate vicinity on the map and to correctly assign scanned pylon prices to the selected station.
- Camera (CAMERA): Used to take photos of station pylons for automatic fuel price reading (OCR feature). Photos are processed directly on the device and sent to the server solely for data extraction and submission validation.
- Billing (BILLING): Used to process optional Premium subscription purchases or one-time donations handled by Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchase.
2. Data Sharing and Storage
All fuel price data submitted by users is processed in an anonymized form and serves the benefit of the entire driver community. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or detailed location data with external parties for marketing purposes.
Data is stored on secure Google Firebase platform servers in compliance with the highest security standards.
3. Cookies and Analytics
Our website and servers may collect basic, anonymous technical data regarding visits (e.g., browser type, operating system) solely for analytical purposes and correct infrastructure maintenance.
4. User Rights
The user has the full right to inspect their data collected in the profile, edit it, and request the complete deletion of their account in the FuElse system. Such a request can be submitted directly in the application settings or by sending an e-mail to our support address.

Die FuElse-App fordert Zugriff auf die folgenden Gerätefunktionen an, um ordnungsgemäß zu funktionieren:
- Standort (LOCATION): Ausschließlich verwendet, um Tankstellen in Ihrer unmittelbaren Nähe auf der Karte anzuzeigen und gescannte Pylonenpreise der ausgewählten Tankstelle korrekt zuzuordnen.
- Kamera (CAMERA): Wird verwendet, um Fotos von Tankstellenpylonen für die automatische Erfassung von Kraftstoffpreisen (OCR-Funktion) aufzunehmen. Fotos werden direkt auf dem Gerät verarbeitet und nur zur Datenextraktion und Validierung der Einsendung an den Server gesendet.
- Abrechnung (BILLING): Wird zur Abwicklung optionaler Premium-Abonnements oder einmaliger Spenden verwendet, die über Google Play Billing und Apple In-App Purchase abgewickelt werden.
2. Weitergabe und Speicherung von Daten
Alle von Nutzern übermittelten Kraftstoffpreisdaten werden in anonymisierter Form verarbeitet und dienen dem Wohl der gesamten Fahrergemeinschaft. Wir verkaufen, vermieten oder teilen Ihre personenbezogenen Daten oder detaillierten Standortdaten nicht mit Dritten zu Marketingzwecken.
Die Daten werden auf sicheren Servern der Google Firebase-Plattform unter Einhaltung höchster Sicherheitsstandards gespeichert.
3. Cookies und Analysen
Unsere Website und Server erfassen möglicherweise grundlegende, anonyme technische Daten über Besuche (z. B. Browsertyp, Betriebssystem) ausschließlich zu Analysezwecken und zur ordnungsgemäßen Wartung der Infrastruktur.
